Can somebody else claim the item on my behalf?
As long as the address is correct, anyone can receive and pay for the item.

I have received a broken or non-functioning item.
As much as we have checked the item before we shipped out, broken items is also possible due to courier mishandling especially on provincial areas, please contact us immediately and will gladly replace your item.
